- To save a file out of Greentree, click on an attachment that you would like to save and select “Save Attachment As” which will bring up a prompt to select a location to save.
- Click on “This PC” and then double click on “Save To My Device” which will automatically bring up a “Save As” prompt where you would enter a desired file name and save.
This process will trigger your web browser’s download function to save the Greentree attachment into your “Downloads” folder on your local PC.
